What do the markings say on it, and where exactly was it?

does yours have sat nav in

 

yeah thats where it was originally but i moved it so it sits on the inner wheel arch out the way, i didnt want to crush it or anything being under the boot mat

 

Is it the sensor to stop the booting locking if the keys are left in there?? Just a guess

 

Mine has this also. Dunno what it is either...

Edit- Sat nav module? Hmm mine don't have a sat nav unit.

It's the receiver/antenna for the remote lock/unlock - I came across mine a few months back

 

Well iv just been looking it up and it's the GPS receiver antenna, sorry misread it yeah it is the antenna for the ecu module

ye your right it is a gps antenna, have you noticed any big blacked out range rovers following you with big guys wearing suits THEY ARE WATCHING YOUR EVERY MOVE

Well I thought it was the GPS receiver but its the receiver for unlocking and locking your car
