Just a quick question, does the Resinator pipe from the 2009 Focus RS fit as a replacement on the 2007 Focus ST ?

I'm only asking, as people have had issues with this before, ie. rattling when driving. After looking at the attached photo of the RS engine bay, the resinator pipe has changed shape possibly to correct the original design fault.

If this can fit on the ST, would I have to modify anything and how much would this cost from Ford?

I would think it's more likely Ford changed the design on the RS to help tune the particular noise characteristics they wanted. From what I read on an RS forum, they've also added a rattle from the pipe vibrating under the leafscreen panel
