Hi there, I have a 2016, stealth grey Focus ST-3. It has power fold mirrors and the mirrors fold in when locking the car. Just recently the near side one has stopped and now won’t fold at all. The driver’s side one is still working fine. Anyone know, is this common, is it fixable, or is it a new mirror I’m gonna need? Got a feeling the cold weather might have something to do with it.

Mine often get quite creaky & jerky when moving. Hence I keep them lubed with a liberal application of WD40. If one has just stopped I might suspect a fuse has gone but then I would also expect other stuff to not be working as I doubt you have one fuse for just one mirror? Unless it has stuck through being stiff & has now popped the fuse as well? So I would try some WD40 on the mirror & look for anything else not working/blown fuses?
I have actually tried WD40, but I’ll have a look at fuses, think that could be a good shout. Thanks for replying.
Thanks. I’m going to check fuses, remove the mirror today and check for corrosion etc. so I’ll let you know. Lol. Is the mirror you have in grey?
