Hey everyone,

I am currently in the process of car shopping for my little brother and this will be his first car!

Just wondering if anyone knows of anyone decent to get a car from in our region or if any one knows any one that is selling one?

Here is what we are after:

Anything under £1000
Would like power steering
Preferablly 5door but 3 will be ok
Mileage no more than 90k
1year MOT (Or near enough)
Nothing french lol

Fiestas and VW polos seem to be a favourite on my brothers list.....

Thanks Kevin, have been looking on there but nothing as of yet... Not without travelling hundreds of miles. I brought my ST off piston heads... well saw it on there...

well my search is over just picked my brother up an X reg (2000) blue fiesta zetec 3dr, it has 70k miles on it, 1year MOT and 6months tax got it for £1250 and its in very good condition, lovely little drive. Also has some standard alloys on it lol.

was a bit dirty so gave it some ST treatment, washed, dried, polished, waxed, hovered, dash cleaned, fabric seats cleaned with interior shampoo and to top it off i put an F1 logo air freshner in it lol. Looks good

..................looks much better than my first car did, a rubbish old Suzuki SJ410 jeep with a leaky sunroof, a pedel assembly that fell off whilest driving and a rather hungry appetite for oil

LOL yeah its not bad, the brakes need looking at as they arent very positive but my mate is looking at that at the weekend, other than that it drives nicely
