Guys, I have just managed to download my dsci tuning platform to my laptop, set it all up went to download a tune to my car and it asked me to charge my battery, after doing this I went back to the car to try again and it now says Vehicle identification not recognise.......

Any ideas?? If I go through it again I will lose my spare life, besides I shouldnt have to as it hasnt seen any other car. Im confused and n o good with computers so any help would be great,
