Driving home from a 60mile journey with about 15miles and when I put my foot down to increase speed, car suddenly loss all power, engine service now showed on the dash. Checked with code reader and got the code 'P228C - Fuel pressure regulator 1, control limit exceeded - fuel pressure low'. Turned car off and on and was fine as long as rev didnt go over 3500 maybe?
Had since changed the fuel filter but this didn't solve the problem, it would come up again if I try and accelerate hard reaching revs over 4000 especially in 4th gear. Any ideas to solve this or parts i can easily change which could fix the problem?

Thank you

I’m also getting this intermittently on my 2015 ST TDCi, but only since the car was remapped with the Collins CP2 Map. Mostly happens during overtakes in 3-5th gear, or if flooring it in 6th from about 50-60mph from low revs. Currently working with Collins to identify the root cause of the issue. Have also replaced the fuel filter on mine to no avail.

Is your car remapped or standard ?
