Db&b In Yorkshire Dales Or Lake District

It was the most amazing hotel I've ever stayed in, and the food some of the best I've had.

It's not exactly Yorkshire dales but is North York Moors. Stayed here a week or so ago. Absolutly fantastic.

Family run, really friends. Home made chocolates in room, amazing breakfast, excellent rooms. the also own the pub/restaurant round the corner (easy walk). Had dinner there and it was brilliant to say the least. See website for all details as they do a b&b+D package.

If you look at them on trip advisor there is not a single review which is other than excellent, and that is very rare on trip advisor.

you coul always try the cow and calf in ilkley

its an innkeepers lodge so not too pricey
i do believe johnpro stayed there once while going to pick up his car
