Connect2 Double Din Fascias?

Hello!

Sorry for posting again but I am a little confused.

Does anyone know what the difference between this:

Double DIN Kit

and this is

Double DIN Fascia

From a glance one has just the fascia where as the other is a kit which contains the cage.
Surely the new CD Player (Kenwood) will come with a cage so do I need the kit?

Any help would be fab
