remove the symposer mate. the dump valve attaches to it using the replacement hose thats provided. the vacum hose on the top attaches under the timing cover by splitting the original hose and using the t piece.

1. Lift complete dump valve arrangement, including all parts and packaging

2. Open Bin

3. Deposit dump valve and all packaging in bin

4. Close bin

5. Go drive
and enjoy it without the annoying dump valve noise so loved by Scooby chavs, and safe in the knowledge |Ford supplied your
with a perfectly functional recirculating dump valve anyway....

im sure i you e mail matt at the store you got item from he will send /e mail you a copy ,there pretty good down there .
pretty simple to do as i done mine aswell,only thing is its fidly and be prepaired for some nice cuts on your hands .
also best to take out drivers headlamp as this gives a lot more room to get in to the symphoser and fit the valve etc etc .
will see if i still have my instructions here and put piccys up if i do .

i would really really appreciate that mate, i did phone at 3 said it would be done then again at 5 said it would be done still aint done,wouldnt rate them to highly its the small things like that that bring custom back. only thing im not to sure about is the black chunky hose but if you could put up pics of all your instructions that would be great

ive looked evrywhere and cant find them sorry mate .they have always been spot on with me ,ive spent some money with them for a few years ie cossie bits etc etc and im suprised they seem to be laging with yourself ,very unlike matt .
if you want to pm me il see if i can talk you through the fitting as its just fidley thats all ,its not a difficult thing to do ,if you lived nearer to me id come round and help you get it done .
