Changing Spark Plugs

Can someone please give me a rough idiots guide how to change my spark plugs?

Got my MOT coming up this month and want to do a few little things before putting it so they dont rip me off doing it.

Drop John-st3 a pm http://www.focusstoc.com/forums/john-st3-m7618.html , Im sure he would give you a how to guide, he changed mine for

plugs a few months ago.
