You might have to go aftermarket to get a CD player - but they are getting rare now. Since I fitted a head unit with a USB port several years ago I've never played a CD, so when that unit failed I had no hesitation in buying one with no CD player. Frees up space too as I don't have to store CDs in the car.
I use a tiny one that can store hundreds of CDs. Most brands have them. I leave it permanently plugged in and nobody notices it.
