IWNet is Infinity Ward's online gaming network for playing COD4:MW2 and at the moment the PC community is pretty annoyed (that might be an unerstatement) about this issue because it means all dedicated server support has gone - so no more servers with more than 18 players, no more mods and also forget about ever getting a ping of less than 100 again - it's a crying shame. I still haven't opened my copy and am tempted to return it as the MP is one of the biggest parts of the COD series.
Sorry this doesn't really help at all does it - I guess you have tried the usual of allowing access via Firewall and stuff? Also in order to host a game, you might need to setup Port Forwarding too.
