You problem dus sound like you discs but if you change the discs and pads and its still doing it then i would try getting you wheels and tyres checked as you could have badley worn tyres or even buckeled wheels.

Braking Problem
hey up need help. had problems with brakes as was vibrating up through my stearing wheel everytime i braked. got advive saying warped discs changed discs and pads but problem persists please help? am pulling ma hair out here.
