When I brake, I can feel the steering wheel shake a little. Does this mean my discs are warped? Front or Back?

Oddly I only feel it when braking going down hill? (maybe it's because the only hill I got is down to my house and I cane the ST down it like a rocket lol)

If your friendly with your local mot station (and they have brake rollers not brake plates) ask them nicely and they can check the runout on your discs front and rear without even taking the wheels off, that way you know if its front or rear.
