No I dont think so really.I think the consensus is that Fuel is fuel but Supermarket fuel does not contain the cleaning additives that are good for the engine. However plenty of members put Supermarket fuel in like super unleaded, Tesco 99 etc. I think there is a slight difference on performance with higher octance juice, but mainly on a remapped car.When I bought my car in a pug garage the guy recommended against regular use of Supermarket juice but im not sure if there is any real truth in this (he said it blocks up particle filters but we aint got diesels!) ?Plenty of threads on this though. I like the BP garage as for some reason I tend to see nice cars going there Sierra cossies etc..
