After a wash with a good shampoo (i use either meg's or zymol) protect with Autoglym super resin polish and Dodo juice orange crush wax which is what ive been using on my EO. Always looks good after that. Hope that helps (im no expert btw)

Just bought a 07 focus st in electric orange which has supaguard protection on the paint work, can anyone tell what the best way to clean the car and what are the best products to use to protect the paint work and give it a good shine ??thanks

Dont use anything with detergent in as it will strip the Supaguard off. TBO if it was applied when the car was new, it will be long gone by now anyway. There are lots of combinations of products you can try, its a case of whats right for you. Personally, the best finish I have got with hand applied products would be Zymol HD cleanse followed by a good wax such as Dodo Supernatural. If thats a little expensive for your tastes, then ty something like Dodo Lime Prime to prep the paint and finish with decent carnauba wax. The most readily available will be Autoglym HD wax which can be bought from Halfords.
