Hi everyone,

This is my first post so please bear with me. I am sure there have probably been many discussions around what I am trying to find out so sorry for that. Basically just want to find out, in people's opinion, which is the best intercooler to get for an '08 facelift ST. The only mods I currently have are Eibachs and running DS Race+

Airtec Gen3 is probably best value at £270 - £300. Comes in black or silver.

Welcome to the club Sunny. I have the same year car as you but TBH it really doesnt matter. All the intercoolers fit all the cars. There are a few to choose from, but i have the Airtec Gen3 from AutoSpecialists. Its cheaper than the rest and comes highly recommended on these forums. They all do the same and some are easier to fit than others. Do a search and you'll find all the opinions that you are looking for.

I think you might be best with either a Dreamscience or a Radtec, as im sure Jared @DS uses a radtec and im sure the testing for the DS maps was done using those two. Think Alan at pumabuild said your best to stick with one tuning company as the maps are created using certain parts. I have also noticed that this is the case on Rolling Road Days, DS cars seem (Generally) to run better with all DS components (CAIS & Intercooler).
