Backs Of The Rear Folding-down Seats

Not sure how, but I seemed to have marked/slightly torn the material on the back of one of the rear seats - its the bit that effectively lines the rear load space (the black material that looks a bit like carpet) and becomes the "floor" when you fold the seat down, if that makes sense.

It seems to be a complete panel on the back of the seat, but I wonder does anyone know if its easily replaceable, or is the rear seat just one unit (I wouldn't replace it, if it was)?
