morning all.
right am after giveing my son my apple i phone 8gb 3g but am after advise on how to get all my contact numbers off the phone on to the computer if this is possible ?
also it would be helpfull if someone can inform me as to if the contact numbers i have on the phone are stored in the phone itself or on the sim card as will be getting him a pay as you go sim but am wanting to keep all my contact numbers myself.
and finally is it just a case of getting him a pay as you go sim and putting this in the i phone and away he goes all working or is there anything else i need to do ?

I'm sure itunes backs up your phone, try registering and syncing your new phone.

its on 02 at the moment so was looking to give son phone and put an 02 pay as you go sim in ,will this work ?

In itunes under devices select your phone, at the top click info and click the box for 'Sync contacts with windows contacts' and sync the phone. It will copy all your contacts to your computer.

Yep, and he can add a web and wifi bolt on, the tariff will be much cheaper than the iphone tafiff too.

U will need to activate the phone by connecting it to ur pc in iTunes there's a step by step guide from there!
