Fairly OT I know, but worth a try...
I think I've got some inflammation in my supraspinatus tendon as I get a real sharp stabbing pain & weakness in the joint when adducting with elbow at 90deg. Doesn't usually kick in until the arm is raised past about 30deg (up to this point I think it's just a synergist to the deltoids).
I know the doc should be the first port of call, but I know now that the best case is to be told to rest and ice it (which I'm already doing) and maybe if I'm lucky be given a physio referral for a month or so's time.
Has anyone had this injury before?
Are there any particular stretches / exercises I can be doing to try and improve things?
