Hi all,
I have a 2016 ST TDCi, and about 6 months ago I removed the AGS.
Since removing them my radiator fans have been running on the highest speed continuously after after about 20 seconds from starting the car.
2 months ago I plugged the motor back in, however that changed nothing. To see if the issue was unrelated to the shutters I reinstalled them and had no fan going for 2 days, removed them again and after the first start of the engine, fans kicked on again.
I removed the casing of the motor and removed gears and bent the metal pin on the first gear to catch the plastic on the lid of the casing trying to mimic the shutters in their open and closed position.
Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this issue with the fans???
Desperate for help at this point as even the local ford mechanic had no idea when I explained it to him.
