Shame i'm still waiting for my renewal documents to come through the post on a policy that expired on 22nd dec and they have to be with us at least 21 days before the policy expires?

At least you were pretty quick at emailing me my proof of no claims discount through!

We send all renewals out promptly as soon as we receive them and then spent the next 21 days trying to contact the customer, I know this because I work very closely with my renewals team. Did you call?email/PM us to let us know you hadn't received your documents?

I confused now by your feedback Darren.

We spoke to you on the 22/11 regarding your renewal and adding new modifications.
We invited your renewal 05/12 (sent in writing)
We spoke to you again on the 12/12
We emailed you as per your request on 13/12
You asked us not to renew your policy 18/12

Looks like we've had plenty of communication with you, are you mixing us up with another insurer?
