I would agree with the guys and imagine its the head gasket. I had similar setup to yours, forged internals and linered block, running around 370 bhp and my head gasket went 2000 miles/ 6 months later. No reason i can think of other than the head gasket might have had an issue when installed or head itself and went one day when i was pushing it hard maybe? The car had no symptoms apart from an initial misfire and bit of coolant loss. I'm pretty meticulous with the up keep of my cars and had only replaced the header tank with a new one a couple of months earlier, due to it getting mucky from the split liner and a couple of days after the misfire,i checked the cars coolant level again and noticed the header tank had now been contaminated and instead of a nice red/pinky colour it was now murky and emulsified. I did the hydrocarbon test just to prove the obvious but after it failed the pressure test, had the head off and skimmed. Can only assume it was faulty parts or workmanship, as the car had never lost coolant or over heated.
Thats the answer i was looking for, thank you! My camera arriving tomorrow, hoping to see something (want to see no cracks馃) if no cracks then its the gasket or warped head.
1k should be enough for head skim, new gasket and labour along with full service..
Will update my findings when camera arrives 馃馃馃

No probs, mine was around 拢1k but that was including a new timing belt and water pump, even though they were replaced with the previous cracked liner, just wanted them replaced for piece of mind....along with the a new header tank....oooohhh OCD is expensive

Good luck with yours (y)

Yeah its a **** situation, especially when youve bought a car which you think has a lot of money thrown at it, to then spend another 1k on it .......only thing worse is if you had to spend the money previous, my wallet shrivels up just thinking back

Okay so.. received my camera after a week, was lost in the post if to believe what seller said..

Poked into cyl 3 and ouldn't find or see any cracks in cylinder 3. Found one very wet spot on head gasket, burnt coolant residue and couple drops of coolant below on the liner where wet spot is on head gasket. Its not in the middle where usually liners crack, attached random picture from Google and marked where the leak is.
Bit less worried now 馃槑 but still gutted...i
Now im almost guaranteed that it has blown head gasket, incorrect torqued head bolts or warped head, but doubt that head is warped, as usually it warps towards the sides not in the middle... Might be wrong

Here is a video :

As you see there is a lot of burnt coolant residue in the chamber, at the end of the video can see a very wet spot, possible where head gasket have failed.

Okay, received couple quotes raging from 750 to 1000.
Cheapest miles away in Liverpool by Kong Performance 750拢
Another one in Coventry by DMO Motorsport 950拢
And 1000拢 in Milton Keynes litteraly 30 mins away from me.

So thinking going with nearest one, as his quote includes uprated head gasket victor reinz i think.

So this 1000拢 quote includes:

Head off an on
Victor reinz head gasket
Head bolts
Genuine belt kit
Water pump
Manifold gaskets
Vvt seals
Spark plug o rings
Spark plug
Oil an filter
Antifreeze
Head skim

Not that bad at all i think.

Thank you all for help. Will update everything when get it repaired

If MK is your nearest, have you tried JWRacing (Amber Performance) in Dunstable? Only about 15 miles from MK :
