Im using the same setup on my work pc... No problems?

I'd suggest it is a problem with your installation.

Can you try the site on internet explorer on your machine. If it is hidden try the below to get it to run.

Press the Windows Key on your keyboard and R together

The Run box should pop up

Type in this : iexplore.exe and hit Enter

Is it possible to start as a new user and transfer my membership cos im really really frustrated with not being able to access site when I want to?

I've tried loggging in on 2 other pc's (not mine) and have same issue so could it be related to my ID ???

Marc there is a bug in the system that I found when I had some password issues a while back I was unable to use the contact us link as when I input my email address a pop-up told me that this address was already registered and to log in to proceed.

I had to contact another member  and ask him to contact you so I could use a different way of contacting Admin.  I did flag this up after I got access to the site again but don't know if it was ever fixed.

It isn't a bug as such.

If you have an email address on the database, it expects you to be logged in when you raise a query through the "contact us" portal.

That does make it awkward when the query is you can't log in but the workaround is simply to use an alternative email address.
