As Alex said, you need your VIN (chassis) number or your car registration.

I have found it's better to use Internet Explorer, ETIS doesn't work properly in Firefox (unsure whether it works in Safari).
You don't need a username or password, just click the 'Vehicle' tab once on the site and then enter your VIN or reg.
BEAR IN MIND that Etis is notorious for being inaccurate, so if you read down the list of bits your car was built with/without then don't panic if you see something that doesn't look correct.

As above best to use Internet explorer as you can either use the VIN or reg number. Safari only allows you to enter the VIN on Etis

Wf05xxgcc5fs 😁. But could have changed for the 16 my after the factory shutdown
it is normally just WF05XX you put in front of the bit the dealer gives you.

yeah, my dealer gave me WF05GCC for some reason.... i put WF05XX instead and it worked. thanks. maybe the dealer was just being helpful but put the wrong one...

My dealer gave me my vin today but it doesn't work I've tried it multiple times and on multiple devices. I only want to nose really.
The dealer told me last week my car had been built the week before.
My dealer has just rung me to confirm the vin he has given me is what he has. But he did say it wasn't off vista is was passed to him via the admin girls. So he's going to double check.

WF06XX for estate.
Works for me and mine is a 2016MY being built right now.
So full VIN should look something like:
WF05XXGCCxxxxxxxx
You may need to wait 24hrs for it to work on ETIS, as it is always behind, if you have only just been given the VIN.

It will show you what options are on your vehicle but tbh is not always accurate.

I have access but only to sections that are free to use - I obtain everything I need, build dates and full build specs, recalls etc etc, but not service history.
I am not aware that anyone can obtain a vehs service history from ETIS

Yes i also have access but you need dealer level access to be able to view/print service history.
