new owner of an st 2 2006 .. ive read in the manual about the switch on the driver side where the window switch is on the passenger side it says it keyless entry ... would some one help and explain this feature

It's a button to turn off the interior scan mate, you would use it if you had a dog in the car and still wanted to lock it without the alarm triggering everytime the dog moved.
