It is in a different league to the ST tho, it was designed with performance in mind, whereas IMO the ST was designed for posing and shopping.

Where's the MkII Escort RS1800 or MkII Escort RS2000 FFS??  I voted Escort RS2000 before realising it was the MkI not the II . And how can the new Focus RS be a contender too? It hasn't even turned a wheel yet!! As much as i am an advocate of the new RS and a neophile when it comes to performace cars in general, the inclusion of the new FRS in that poll is taking the p*$$. Oh well, it is in Auto Express after all so not exactly 100% accurate anyway lol
