As above really. I think Ford have made a bit of a mistake with the new Mk2.5, and we're they people they really need to be appealing to as we're already MORE likely to buy another one when the time comes.
Personally? I won't be buying one if I have to change it before the Mk3 comes out, or they bring out a (better-looking) RS. I'll be getting into something German next year most likely, then...

For me, so many of the changes look like a backwards step, though!

You can get the 2.5T engine in it, that's all.

Does anyone actually like ANY car when it is facelifted though??? They always look wrong and out of proportion IMO. Once they have been out a few months though and you see plenty of them on the road, they never seem as bad as you first thought

Exterior = interior looks better imo, but only if its keyless so you can jump in and press the start button without faffing with keys, otherwise its chavtastic

The interior is awful in comparison to the current model.
Horrible skinny looking gearstick, grey metal that looks out of place on the dash and the door trim/glovebox is so cheap looking. Don't even get me started on that chavy carbon fibre.
I think the exterior changes are great however.
Overall i'm really disappointed, as I love the interior of the current model and I think they've taken a big step back if this is what the final production model will be like...
