Group Buys

Group buy guidelines . . . 1. The organiser must not be affiliated in any way with the supplier. 2. The supplier may be either a Club Vendor or any other Company. 3. A link to the item on the suppliers website should be provided so that Members can see the exact item and usual selling price. 4. The Group Buy price and quantity to achieve the price should be clearly stated along with a cut-off date. 5. All payments should be made directly to the supplier , with clear payment details posted in the GB thread. 6. Any questions or subsequent complaints should be directed through the GB organiser , the supplier will have no input in the GB thread unless they are a Club Vendor. 7. All Group Buys will need to be approved by Admin/Staff , and can be closed at any time at our discretion.
